Dear fellow ELSA members,
.
One of the biggest international events of ELSA is the ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law (EMC2). It is the largest moot court competition on WTO law in the world. With teams participating in Regional Rounds in Germany, Spain, USA, Colombia, Taiwan and Australia, we really face the global challenge! The winning teams from these Regional Rounds will meet each other in the Final Oral Round, which is held in Taipei, Taiwan. We invite you, as an ELSA member, to register for this Competition and see how this event can become one of the best experiences in your law school career! Participant from ELSA countries who form a team will enter the Competition through one of the Regional Rounds or, if your National ELSA Group organises one, through the National Round.
.
Why should you participate?
To create an opportunity to learn about other cultures and legal systems;
to acquire knowledge of the fastest growing body of law – international economic law;
to accumulate experience to become internationally minded and professionally skilled and
to meet law students and professionals from around the globe and share the vision of "A just world in which there is respect for human dignity and cultural diversity"!
.
For more information, visit our website, http://www.elsamootcourt.org/, where you will also find the Trailer of the EMC2, with experiences from former participants and panellists. If you'd like to know more, please don't hesitate to send an e-mail to info@elsamootcourt.org or vpaa@elsa.org
.
On behalf of ELSA International, I hope I can greet you as a participant of the EMC2!
.
Best regards,
Koen and Morten
