Specialists from leading universities, NGOs, which deal with Human Rights protection, the Judge of the European Court of Human Rights, the Governmental Commissioner on ECHR affairs, the Representative of Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights are expecting to participate in the conference.

Please send Application Forms and thesis of your report till the 25th of March on the email address: conferenceodesaHR@gmail.com. The volume of the conference materials will be published prior to the beginning of it`s work and will be distributed among the participants during the event.

Sections of the Conference:
. .I Section - European Court of Human Rights: principles of organization and activity;
II Section - Jurisdiction, procedure and admission problems in the ECHR;
III Section – Decisions of ECHR on some kind of cases;
IV Section - The impact of ECHR Decisions on national legislation and legal practice.
Theme of report is chosen by participant according to the subject of selected Section.
